Email support

Get help or report a problem

Himanshu Palleywal handles support at doselilt.support@gmail.com. Response times are not guaranteed. Use the in-app Support option to prepare an email, or email directly. Review the visible app and iOS information in the draft before sending.

Include what you expected, what happened, and the steps that caused it. Add your iPhone model and app version if needed. Use made-up records. Do not send real medication details or identifying information about yourself or anyone you care for, including children. Redact screenshots; never include passwords or payment details.

What DoseLilt does

DoseLilt lets an adult manage one person’s medication list per installation, for themselves or as a caregiver. This version is not intended for independent child use or multiple family profiles. It records manually entered schedules, Taken or Skipped doses, and pill counts. It provides no medical or AI advice, treatment checks, drug-interaction checks, or emergency monitoring. Ask a pharmacist or prescriber about treatment or missed doses. For an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

Do not rely on DoseLilt as your only way to remember medication. Reminder delivery is not guaranteed. Keep another reliable reminder method, especially for time-sensitive medication.

If a reminder does not arrive

Check notification permission and device settings, reopen the app, and review the schedule. Device state, permissions, system limits, and app faults can affect reminders. Reminders are scheduled ahead for a limited period; a busy schedule can shorten that period. Reopening the app refreshes scheduling but does not guarantee delivery.

The core app targets iOS 17 or later. Optional stronger primary alarms require a supported iOS 26 or later device and separate permission. System alarm capacity can shorten their scheduling horizon. Follow-up reminders remain ordinary notifications.

Travel and recording a dose

After a time-zone change, reopen the app and review upcoming reminders. Check reminder times rather than assuming they have adjusted while the app was closed. Stopping an alarm does not record a dose as Taken. Mark Taken or Skipped manually. An unanswered reminder does not prove a dose was missed.

Sharing and local records

Check the medication-list preview and recipient before completing a share. Deleting local records does not recall shared copies. Deleting the app may lose records; deleting a medication can leave history snapshots. Backups are separate. Support cannot remotely restore local records.

Beta availability

DoseLilt is being prepared for testing through TestFlight. Access depends on an available invitation or testing link and Apple’s review and distribution requirements. These pages do not mean the beta has been approved or that the app is publicly available on the App Store.

No paid subscription or trial is offered in the current beta. Public App Store launch details will be announced separately.
